As a consequence of the announced merger between 3L System Group and Vitec Software Group (publ) a re-organization and refinement of the new common organization and management is to be put into action.

In short:

* Fredrik Ruben, today serving as the President & CEO of 3L System is appointed CEO and head of Business Unit Vitec Mäklare (Realtors) responsible for the entire business towards Realtors and Real Estate Agents in Sweden and Norway. Fredrik Ruben assumes the new role as of September 1st, 2012.

* 3L Media and Vitec Media is merged into a new joint business unit. Linda Tybring, today serving as the Group CFO at 3L System is appointed CEO and head of Business Unit Vitec Media with responsibilities for the business in Sweden and the US. Linda Tybring assumed the new role as of June 1st, 2012.

* 3L Förvaltningssystem and Vitec Fastighet is merged into a new joint business unit. Johan Kull, formerly Sales Director at Logica Mega Deal Hub is appointed CEO and head of Business Unit Fastighet (Property). Johan Kull assumes the new role as of April 2nd, 2012.
